Made an order 30 minutes before close, they left it until 22:45, when the restaurant closed, to cancel my order, without explanation. If they cancelled earlier, I could have gone elsewhere.

Food is okay, but delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Train your staff to check outgoing orders correctly. Last time the food was wrong. This time, the drinks were wrong. I shouldn't have to ask Uber for a refund every 3rd order when items are wrong or missing. Sort your staff out.

Five star performance from the Tivvy crew and a fast delivery on a very busy Saturday. Food tasted good and enjoyed revisiting. Very much the same vibe as with neighbours Wellington ??.

It's a McDonald's .... reasonable food, relatively quickly. Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was hot, properly cooked, and tasty.
I only used the drive-through ... so i can't comment on the restaurant as a whole.

Some of the machines are broken a lot and they don't always have what you ask for which is annoying some employees are very rude and 1 in particular tends to throw your food at you going through the drive threw

Okay it is a McDonald's, but service is quite slow and they really look as though they don't want to be there or not enjoying there. It is quite costly as well

I like this McDonald's for it's easy to access location, and quick service in the mornings.
The place is always clean, service fast, but the atmosphere is typically gloomy in the morning. I say this because the lack of human interaction in places like this with the order stations is soulless and honestly what's wrong with so much of any shopping/ordering experience... The lack of personal touch.

Ordered Via uber eats, order took over an hour, food was stone cold. Staff don?t know how to remake an order they just let it sit on the side. My cold drink was warmer than my food. Awful, threw most of it away.
