Everything is fantastic but stay far away from the immediate pay in machine, it deserves a hammer! Every time I use it it spends ages complaining that it can?t recognise notes and so what?s the point.

Absolutely Brilliant!! Branch Manager Ben and Larissa were fantastic. Little hiccup with an appointment but communication was clear and all was sorted. Appointment was excellent and professional. Felt very valued by these two members of staff. Please keep up the good work! Shall be back for all my banking needs. Lloyds are definitely doing something right!!!

I suppose this is no different to any other bank in that it is full of complacent and un-resourceful staff. I needed to get a document signature witnessed. I have been banking with Lloyds for 25 years (business, personal, mortgage), and had two forms of photo ID. Staff were "sorry" but "couldn't" help. I mean get a back bone somebody. I got a courier to do it in the end, he was from eastern Europe, thank goodness for immigrants at least they go out on a limb to get stuff done.

i went in with my co-signed change of name deed poll in person, and they agreed and told me it was all updated, but they didn't change my name on my accounts, nor my debit cards; they didn't phone, write or e-mail me to tell me they hadn't updated this and the Lloyds Bank notes said they were waiting for me to return to the local bank, but they never invited me back at any time!
