Thank you so much for all your help booking our holiday, I was asking a lot as had a difficult criteria, and lots of questions as not been abroad for a family holiday in about 10years, trying to find a holiday both relaxing and to entertain a Teenager was a big ask but you certainly did it!!! Your hard work really paid off it was the perfect holiday and we would love to go back, the only down side was that it wasn?t long enough ?
I can?t thank you enough.

very great customer service skills and today .. Kate, was so very good at talking us through our family holiday and answered questions we had to prepare for our first abroad holiday. looking forward to trying out other holidays in the future. As a family of 4 or even as a couple.

Hays travel Tiverton do not know how to do customer service. They are however very good at taking your money and that is where it stops. If you have no problems you will be fine. Will never be booking with them again.

me and my mum popped into the shop yesterday looking for a last minute holiday got a feeling of what we needed thanks to Cealie. Went back in today at 2pm. Cealie was extremely helpful and went to book us a holiday and was messed about by the tui system, we decided to look for another similar holiday with help from Laura as we were still having some trouble ...both girls did their upmost to find us the perfect holiday and considering the problems we were having did an amazing job and successfully booked us an amazing holiday that we cant wait for!!!!
