Very disappointed with Packs jewellers. Had a diamond replaced in my engagement ring.The ring was sent to their goldsmith for a replacement diamond & the claws were meant to be checked at the same time!! Two weeks later I collected the ring & paid £260 for the repairs. Unfortunately two weeks later I contacted Packs as the claws were still catching on clothing. The goldsmith hadn?t checked the claws properly! I had to wait another two weeks for the ring to be repaired again & returned. Yet again just over four weeks later & the ring is still catching on clothing. I WOULDN?T RECOMMEND HAVING JEWELLERY REPAIRED AT PACKS!

Girlies got their ears pierced. Where put at ease by the lovely lady and even with covid distancing considerations, we weren't made to feel rushed or awkward when other customers came in. Lovely experience. Thank you

I have had a number of pieces of jewellery from G W Pack Jewellers over the years and have had a positive experience every time! Excellent customer service and all members of the team are very friendly and helpful. I LOVE all their jewellery and their window displays are stunning. I just wish I could buy it all!! I would have no hesitation in recommending G W Pack Jewellers to anyone - excellent service all round!
