ReviewWe instructed Fox and Sons (Tiverton Office) to sell our property in November last year; we were not part of a chain, and were not looking to buy either; ideally we needed a quick sale.Anthea Checketts and her Team were simply superb. She ensured we had premium listings on both Right Move and Zoopla and that we were updated with information regarding viewings in real time.We were also provided feedback from prospective buyers soon after viewings.It didn?t take long for us to accept a fair offer and Anthea and her Team acted in our best interests. Fox and Sons, Tiverton, what can I say? For one reason or another buying our forever home in Devon was fraught with legal issues, but Fox and Sons went over and above to help us. All the staff were so friendly, calls were always answered and returned, and we are so grateful for all their help. Highly recommended.

My recent experience with Fox & Sons has been excellent. I have bought and sold houses many times over the past few years and have had contact with a large number of estate agents. When I first saw a property I lied go on the market on Rightmove I immediately the agents but didn?t expect a response as it was 5.30pm however my call was answered. The sales negotiator, Millie was very thorough and efficient and a viewing was arranged within a couple of days. The next day I popped into the agents to discuss the property and my position. The negotiators were exceptionally helpful and engaging and managed to arrange the viewing a little earlier. During the viewing Millie demonstrated a good knowledge of the property and was highly professional yet very friendly throughout. Since making an offer, communication has been first class. I highly recommend this agent to any person considering selling their homes.

My husband and I have just purchased a property through fox and sons. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support, even when we were the buyer and not the seller! I have been wowed by Lucy And Millie, they went above and beyond so many times during a really difficult year-long ordeal to sell my mother's house... I told them they deserve a monument in the Panniers market! I can't begin to describe how helpful and generous with their time they've been, and all the time with the cheeriest disposition! I miss their voice over the phone now :) and will be forever grateful for solving a nearly impossible situation. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
