Ordered a pizza online to collect in store, when got there I was told it?s not ready despite ordering it for a specific time?.wait in store for 15 minutes to then be told it was ready and been sat on the side all the time I was there!!! I don?t very often order Dominos, nor do I often post a poor review, but unfortunately on this occasion I am left with little choice.
I decided to order a large pizza recently from the Tiverton store, and then drove 20 minutes to collect as they (understandably) don?t deliver to my address.
Upon returning home after the 45 minute round-trip, I opened the box to discover that the pizza was a mess and should?ve been remade. I worked a short stint at Dominos many years ago and I feel I?m well aware of the standard required, unfortunately on this occasion it just was not met.
I contacted the store immediately to discuss this issue, noting that I did not want to get back in the car for another long round-trip to collect a replacement. The lady on the phone told me that there would be a voucher for the cost attached to my phone number, which at the time satisfied my disappointment. I phoned the store approximately 10 days later to claim my ?free? pizza using the voucher aforementioned, to find that unfortunately no such thing has been arranged. Money lost.
Dominos have a very good reputation in the UK, certainly compared to many other countries, and this experience just does not meet the standard expected.
I would imagine that this is not a common occurrence, and that the Tiverton store is probably no better or worse than any other Domino?s, however advice would remain to always open the box and check before leaving the store!

First time ordered and we are extremely unhappy.We ordered thin crust pizza (you took that extremely seriously) I didn't know pizza could be that thin! It was just pretty much toppings. And for £12 I expect more of A pizza! If you stated this was going to be this thin we would of ordered A thicker one.When we got home we had been given cookies instead of fries. so had to drive back to get told to wait for the chips. Which was another 10 mins. I wouldn't have minded but we ended up with stone cold pizza and boiling hot chips that were really earthy.Very disappointed with our food tonight. This was supposed to been a treat before our baby arrives as I'm heavily pregnant and was looking forward to a nice Pizza as we got recommended this place.Also no delivery service.

Decent service and I love a domino's but I chose the herbs as an extra topping as I fancied a bit of Italian spin. It was overloaded with it. Completely covered the pizza and was way too much.There should be a way on the app when ordering to ask for a light dusting.Should also just have the option of oregano.Everything else I can't fault.

The pizza here is exemplary of the chain. Every time I've been in the service has been incredible. Google asks for "atmosphere" in restaurants and a place where you go to pick up pizza can't really show much atmosphere, but what they do they do well.

Ordered 2 large pizza's one was a vegetarian option, opened them up to eat them the vegetarian pizza had multiple pieces of meat in it the second pizza had been cooked so much that the cheese had been baked dry.had to throw both away. Would not recommend ordering on a

Definitely check your collection before leaving, staff are not managed well enough to get your order right first time. They will not be able to send out a driver to replace anything either, preferring to offer low cost items for free instead of actually fixing the problem at hand. Manager is quick to answer the phone but completely incapable of managing her staff or fixing the issues that causes.
