Note that you can't buy pens from the warehouse in person, they only manage orders online. I met helpful staff however when I went to try buy pens.

Since W.H Smith bought this company it has sadly gone downhill. Customer service is appalling - never been treated with such disrespect. Go elsewhere.

Waist of time, I ordered posca pens in a set colour but they messed up and sent me nothing but white pens. The images on the website fail to point out what size the pens will be or what you will be receiving. After contacting them the people on the other side where rude and dismissive and refused to help so I decided to get my pens from somewhere else and not deal with the hassle they provided me.

Cult Pens customer service not what it used to be. Patently in the wrong about misleading copy on their website, that led to an unnecessary purchase, then an unnecessary debate regarding who should pay return postage.

Fantastic customer service from this company especially Louise who took the time to send me photos of various mechanical pencils that would fit my notebook cover. Really great service every single time I order from Cult Pens. My order is always with me within around three days of placing it online, is fully trackable, and their communications are spot on. I also appreciate the little packet of Love Hearts and cute smiley paper clip! It's always my first port of call for my beloved coloured pencils and gel pens.
