We had a perfect stay here. From the lovely hosts to the very clean rooms, we felt very welcome and found everything we needed. The beds are comfy, the rooms nice and warm, the shower pressure is amazing, and the breakfast is rich and was freshly prepared for us on the spot. The garden is nice in any weather and there are many birds to watch during breakfast. It's a bit of a tight lane to get here, but our hosts were very helpful about it and provided a map beforehand. The price was fair and we had an overall lovely experience. We would always come back!

This was our second visit. But didn't feel as welcoming and the breakfast was rushed and not as great as the first time. So we were a little disappointed.The room however was warm, cosy, and clean with great views.

The owners are a lovely couple, couldn't do enough, anyone coming here will enjoy the room and location, very scenic, food wasn't being served at the time of my visit, however they do breakfasts, it wasn't a problem as I went 5 minutes down the road to a lovely country pub that dis a great meal for a hungry engineer who'd travelled from Kent ?, might be a good idea if you require a breakfast to check with them before booking, but like I said, it wasn't a massive problem. I would recommend and would return here for a getaway.

I've given Brambles 5 ? across the board as the value, cleanliness & attention to detail were all excellent. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit to this part of Devon.Rooms: The hosts pay great attention to detail & had made sure the room was very clean, warm & comfortable. There was a great choice of teas, coffees & hot chocolate, biscuits, mini cheddars & peanuts & fresh milk in a thermal jug. The mattress, bedding & towels were all good quality. The area is quiet with very little passing traffic & we slept very wellFood & drinks: The cooked breakfast was delicious and there was great choice of cereals, juice, yogurts & fruit too

Lovely B&B off the beaten track in a peaceful and scenic village location. Friendly owners.Comfortable room with a really good shower and a smart TV (which was a nice touch). Also, had ample parking.Only thing to bear in mind is the single track road which makes access a bit tricky (however the owners do email over detailed directions prior to your visit).

A beautiful location in the farming community which provides easy access to the surrounding area if you are happy on single track roads. Car parking available on site. Hosts are great as was breakfast, such a choice on the menu. The rooms are comfortable just a little tight when your personal proportions are a little on the large side.

Friendly welcome from Alison, lovely room and views from beautiful garden is out standing peaceful place to relax and take in the views of lovely Devon countryside, our room was very comfortable very clean and the owners Alison and David have thought of everything, breakfast was outstanding very well set out dinning area lots of choice. Will be back.

The owners Dave and Angela were really helpful and email me a location map, on arrival Dave introduced himself on my first name which made it more homely, as I work away all the time I hate being called my my surname, the reviews I read before I booked are 100% correct and highly recommended staying here, I'm hoping my job over runs so I can spend the rest of the week here, I wish I had found this place months ago, when I'm in this area this is the first place I am booking

Warm and friendly welcome , and beautiful garden . The setting is quiet and peaceful , and lots of nice touches within the room - tea , snacks etc.The room was clean and a lovely shower . Parking is easy . The breakfast was delicious , and extremely responsible attitude to social distancing etc .We had a thoroughly lovely stop over . Thank you to Alison and Dave
