Woman on till today (14/9)was ignorant and miserable.She could not raise a smile or say hello and when we mentioned her attitude all she did in a sarcastic tone was say ' have a nice day'.It costs nothing to be at least slightly pleasant !!

I love b and m. Best price that I have ever found for artificial flowers. Bird food is also very well priced. Good value for money throughout. Will definitely visit again.

Large store but staff not very helpful, went there for hose pipe 3 different staff didn't know if sold them and not sure where to look , in the end I found them myself outside in garden section . Think staff in need of some extra training
