Purchased a pair of their own ex demonstration Audioquest William Tell speaker cables. Cables were in first class condition and exactly as described on web site. Immediate dispatch of cables and delivery by next day Royal Mail special delivery. Top communication at every step of the process. Best customer service I have ever experienced from a Hi-Fi dealer. I only wished that I lived nearer so that I could come into the shop and thank you face to face. Thank you Caroline and Mike and all the very best with your business for the future.

In all honesty this is the best hifi shop I've been too, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed, got offered a hot drink and Mike listened to what I wanted.
Mike took the time to set up 3 phono stages for me to listen to and there was no pressure at all to buy one(although I wanted to buy one), he told me to take my time to listen to them and wasn't in anyway rushing me.
I then decided to buy a phono stage and powerbank for it(eventually as they were all fantastic)
Caroline rang me to keep me updated and then I went in and collected it.
Mike took his time to show me how it works and he even set it up for me ready to plug and play when I got home.
I will be returning in the near future to buy a new cartridge and a cd player
The level of personal service here is something you don't really get anymore with other shops, such a smooth and pleasant experience

The real test of a business is how they react when something goes wrong.I bought a streamer (second hand) from Audio Destination, fitted an upgraded power supply, negating any guarantee, and a few weeks afterwards, quite unpredictably, the usb output failed. Mike came up with a very fair solution involving an upgrade at half price, which I was happy to accept, and after a lot of work involving him and Caroline replacing a circuit board and sending the unit back to the USA, everything was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. Throughout this process they kept me fully informed and were unfailingly helpful and pleasant to deal with. They could not be more committed to their customers or to their business.It is very rare to find an audio dealer with a perfect overall 5* rating but in this case it is more than justified. Buy from them with complete confidence.

As a first time, online distance customer of Audio Destination I did a little research upfront. I was encouraged by what I read.So often online transactions lead to frustration and disappointment, but from first contact through to delivery Caroline and Mike were in touch to make sure I was updated and kept informed of the status of my order. I couldn't be happier with the sale offer and service provided.When all is said and done its these positive interactions with people (and their business) that matter and are encouraged by. When you find people that care and demonstrate that with clear, timely and honest communications you remember them.If I lived closer it would be an Audio Destination I would very much like to visit. When my next audio itch arrives it'll be Audio Destination where I first think of to see if they can help.Highest recommendation!?????

Mike and Caroline provide a very professional and stress free online hifi experience. There products are very well priced and they were always incredibly helpful and patient with my enquires. Contacted Mike & Caroline via email, who communicated brilliantly and agreed to replace my aging cartridge on my Luxman turntable, which gave them a few challenges, none of which prevented them for doing a first class job. Highly recommend nice people & great coffee too.

I enjoyed a most excellent experience shopping with Audio Destination. Their communication is outstanding, keeping me constantly up to date with my order. They even shipped next day, Saturday delivery, going above and beyond what was expected. They even emailed me after I received it to make sure that it arrived in good condition and everything was okay. The used Charisma Audio MC2 cartridge, which they were selling on behalf of a customer, sounds glorious, thank you so much Mike and Caroline!
