They were extremely helpful today. My hetty had stopped working and they arranged my replacement for me straight away. The whole process was done with such ease. Thank you to the two women helped me out.

Purchased a fridge and cooker in store , the staff in Tiverton were extremely helpful, the driver Adrian and mate were very professional when delivering, I thoroughly recommend Argos Tiverton.

Went to collect a patio set and asked to pick it up at the delivery car park at the rear.
Told I couldn't because there were only 3 people on duty so no one could leave the shop floor.
Offered to take it to delivery depot myself but told I couldn't but would have to bring the car to main street to put item in.
A lady put it on a sack truck and wheeled it out to the front, I offered to do this but to take it to the car at the rear of shop but told I couldn't.
I found all this ridiculous and all because some one siiting behind a desk has told staff not to use back door for collection so as to make it a pain in the arse and collect it at the front where after 11am you cannot use fore st to park and collect items.
What happens when they have a delivery if stock? Someone has to open rear door then !!!
Just shambolic , the whole experience.
In future I shall buy from elsewhere.

Bought a laptop on Sat, wanted to return it today (Mon) and was refused as the box was unsealed! Laptop still in factory settings, just too small for me. Manager flat out refused even though it says nothing on their website terms that it cannot be returned. Couldn?t give me a reason. Just have me a useless number to call, or to go to their website.
Appalling service, will go to a trusted retailer next time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Positively over attentive. Quick service. LCD monitors instore, which makes ordering and purchasing much simpler and more straightforward. Especially if you suffer from any social mental health issue.

Very fast service, however I do find that the staff can be very upfront and sometimes seem arrogant, when talking to them they are very helpful and kind, but upon walking in they are very off putting and don?t seem like they want to help. Other than that very great
