Been in a property managed by Anna and Tony since July 2020. They have been very professional and supportive. Had to have radiators serviced. Not a problem. We are very happy. The best thing. NO BULL.

Not to shure where to begin with my experiences here.I certainly wouldn't recommend though.Heres a few things that went on: I was illegally evicted after a few hick ups which was easily resovable and was sorted and cleared.Whilst living there an agent from a and a let him self in to awaken myself and partner at the time, we thought someone was breaking in and were both undressed thankfully just myself in underwear was seen.This company left me homeless over the winter with very little help or compassion. There only in it for money and themselfs.Some the things I've heard from friends that have also rented from a and a that have had bad experiences.

The grumpy snappy old man was probably the owner. He was a bit upset when his dog died. We have rented from him for 8 years. 2 small rent rises in 8 years, we can do what we like to the house and the rent is £50/100 BELOW the going rate for a 3 bedroomed house. Any repairs are done promptly.

Rented our property through A&A. He let to a polish pair. Our house was basically used as a doss house to many polish people who were not on the tenancy. They ran up debts left, right and centre (still using our address to obtain credit now, 11 months after they've gone) They smoked within the property (breach of tenancy for that alone!) and did not keep it clean or maintain the outside. A water leak happened that damaged the property and as far as we were aware we had paid for this to be put right. When we received the property back the ceiling was in a disgusting state from the water damage, but we had never been made aware of it. Going to cost us to now put this right!! I would not recommend renting your property through this company. Unless you want it poorly looked after by polish people and handed back to you with work uncompleted that you have been billed for. The man in charge does not care. And forget getting to keep any of the deposit for damages to your property! The deposit scheme they use (My deposit it is called) is pro tenant. You'll never get a penny of it even with photographic proof of the disgusting mess left that you'll have to pay to put right yourself! Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!!!

Went in a couple of times when house hunting, grumpy snappy old man behind a desk who had clearly been smoking in the office. Our neighbours are with them and there was damage affecting our property, it took them a month to even contact anyone and their attitude is so offensive and face bothered to you.. Customer UNSERVICE department a definite!
