I was going to copy a review from another satisfied customer who used my local branch.
However, I wrote a lengthy and positive review on Specsavers Survey page.
However as I mentioned it to them, the typeface on their survey must be the smallest type face in the world..
Perhaps this is an 'in house' opticians bit of fun.
Very difficult to see what you are typing , even with new glasses especially supplied for computer work!

Awful customer service - Denied me of a service I had carried out with them 10 months ago due to a change in shop policy.
The service - some prescription lenses for my sunglasses, hardly and oil & filter change!
Attempted to speak with Branch Manager but told to wait up to an hour.
Emailed Retail Director but no response.
Not the first review to suggest staff look at you as an inconvenience.
Would not recommend!
