Waited 11 days then received a refund for the item. No explanation or apology. The hoody was overpriced for preloved but I paid it as my son was so excited about the item. Will not be using this site again. I do not recommend it.

Come to the lovely shop and I was amazed at the variety of New Stock from brands : Kite, Hatley and Emile et Rose. I made the mistake of bringing my son in and he ended up with a delightful Jellycat Broccoli. There was plenty of Jellycat stock available a little bit of something for everyoneI was also taken back by the shops preloved scheme where if you buy from this shop or you do have some other designer bits from other stores aslong as it?s in very good condition you can trade your bits in for a voucher to spend on anything you like in store . Il definitely be trying this

Absolutely love Rosie and Jim?s. Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. I have an older child and they have a vast choice of clothes and toys, it?s always hard not to leave with everything available! Especially love the jelly cat teddies. Highly recommend! Xx
