Chris and the whole of the team in Dart and Partners have always gone out of their way to be helpful and sort any problems we had when both renting our property and then eventually having to sell it.

Very good excellent service from all at Dart and partners Teignmouth team as you would expect from their reputation. We only wished we had gone with them in the first place instead of another company that lost our house keys even before the first viewing?
The Dart and Partners team are hard working no nonsense friendly helpful staff especially Fran who was our sales negotiator to sell our house.
She was always in contact by phone or email very quick in responding either way and always kept us updated and informed on progress.
I would highly recommend and encourage you to use Dart and Partners as they seem to be the only local company that?s worth using and get the job done .

When being shown properties, the agents were always honest about them and never pushy - not wanting a quick sale; rather wanting me to find the right place for my needs. When I found my ideal property, Fran was supportive throughout the process, as were the whole team if I ever popped in or called on Fran's day off. I highly recommend Teignmouth's Dart & Partners.

Dart & Partners were our second agent instructed for the sale of my late mother's home in Teignmouth. As outsiders to the area, we received down to earth advice on the local market. We sold receiving a reasonable offer after a few weeks. The whole process taking 6 months to sale completion.
