From the get-go a professional but very friendly and flexible branch of estate agents. On my first viewing I was stuck in traffic and struggling to make the time slot. Typically estate agents cancel immediately and expect you to book another. I was unable to take another slot due to on-going travel needs, and Bradleys were superb. Agent waited for me and we kept in contact over mobile as I slowly made my way there. Property was superb, and from offer to key delivery I was surprised at the clarity of detail, the support in getting the transactions made, and all aspects of the viewings and sale. Bradleys in Teignmouth left me with an impression that they really do care about their customers, unlike so many agencies that take the easy road, and go the extra mile. At no point did I have any concerns that went un-addressed, and responses were typically same day or same hour. We had a consistent agent throughout, which further engendered trust. I have bought a few houses. This was by far the easiest and most professional transaction. Cannot recommend more highly. If you are buying or selling in the Teignmouth area I suggest you visit them.

After putting a full asking price offer in, we were left for a week with no proper feedback (we had to chase this), and after that no responses to my email asking whether we were being considered by the vender or not. That is extremely poor communication, which should be a basic skill for an estate agent. I rarelyeave reviews but given the state of the property market and how disappointed I am with this treatment, I am pleased we are not purchasing through Bradley's as our experience did not bode well for the future.

Although we choose Bradley's due to Claire's work ethics we had Laura manage our four luxurious apartments for sale. Laura worked tirelessly but sad to say in my decades of buying and selling, never have I experienced such volume of unqualified flaky viewers to buyers. Our eventual so called buyer had no maturity or business acumen to carry forward the intention of purchase. We not only wasted five valuable months but have been left with a massive solicitors bill to sell nothing and move nowhere. Overall very disappointing.

Appalling experience. After a long time trying to buy a house that bradley's were selling they put it into a bidding war just as we were ready to exchange without bothering to let us know. They undoubtedly did not get the best price for their vendors and we are at a loss as to why.

We have used Bradleys Teignmouth twice now and both times we received offers on our properties extremely quickly. Once within two weeks and once within days of going on the market. They are a very professional outfit and a pleasure to deal with.

As a purchaser I can not praise Bradley's enough. We bought in the middle of lockdown and they could not have been nicer to work with. They kept us better informed than our own solicitor. Even though we had no financial arrangement with them. If they treat purchasers that well then the vendors experience must be sublime. Trying to buy a house, I had contact with all the estate agents in teignmouth and dawlish. Bradley's were the best.
