Bradleys did a great job handling a tricky probate sale for us. Their superior local knowledge and presence in the village are major plus points. As first time buyers, we were pretty clueless on the buying process. We fell in love with a property, advertised by Bradley?s, and thanks to a friend we went to view what would become our first home. We used Abbie, as our mortgage advisor, Abbie was super helpful, and patient with our million and one queries! From start to finish everyone at the Shaldon Branch has been amazing, a big big thanks to Jess! Who has gone out of her way to help us, from information and liaising with our solicitor when we were unable to get a response, to obtaining quotes for some work to the property. Jess has taken an interest in us, and our property, gone above and beyond, has been extremely speedy with replies to any questions, and generally been a great help! Bradleys shaldon tried to sell our house with no success. They are ok whenit comes to reducing the price and with a house that sells itself but when it comes to selling they are very poor. There was also evidence that they lead buyers to put in low offers, some 300k below the asking price.If you want an agent to maximise your selling price i suggest you try Darts
