We've all stopped using this boots in teignmouth. After years of being boots customers we really are tired of the blunt staff who talk to you like you're an idiot. The funny thing is that when we've mentioned it to other family members and friends they agree. We've never had an attitude from other local pharmacies or boots stores. It's really sad that it's been a ongoing experience in this store. It feels like there is a class system in there that's the only way to describe it.

when processing repeat prescriptions it apparently takes one week(!) to do so, and if you are lucky all the medication arrives before you run out.I was not so lucky. One or two items are missing (they are not so sure how many, apparently, one says two, one says only one is missing. go figure). I was told last week that they would arrive today. I called in the morning to check and was told I could pick up the missing item(s) in the afternoon. In afternoon I was told that the missing item(s) have not arrived yet, or are possibly 'upstairs' to be unpacked from 'the boxes' and there is only one person who can do that (whatever that means). So, no medication today.We are talking about medication, not Belgian pralines! Not delivering is not an option, this is about people's health, not some fancy item of indulgence. It is shocking how indifferent these people working in the pharmacy treat their patients health and well-being. One reply to my questions was 'oh well, it is what it is'. I just hope that one day somebody's won't suffer from this indifference.I for one will search for another option ASAP.

Looking tired inside. Badly laid out and wheelchair or pushchair access impossible. Server on counter was not polite or customer centric. Appeared to not want to be serving the public. Very slow service. Boots Teignmouth has lost its friendly feel and will use Kingsteignton in future. A real shame. Manners and being helpful to customers would go a long way.

Staff aren?t very helpful. Seem to spend more time chatting to each other than assisting customers.Some staff aren?t very knowledgeable about the processes required for prescriptions . Turning a 5 minute task in to a 45 -60 min gauntlet .

Wanted to give a minus but not able too! My husband went in to Boots today to enquire about the free flu jab as advertised in the shop window. Well the Pharmacist came over and in front of everyone said well whats wrong with you? My husband tried to say that he was entitled to one to which the patrionising little boy said Boots is a business its not free like the nhs! Well my husband was lost for words he has worked all his life and was not asking for anything that he wasnt entitled too. Its safe to say my family willnever be visiti ingBoots Teignmouth again. The manager tried to make an excuse that he was a locum sorry not good enough.Obviously this boy mày wellbe very clever but he has zero manners - shame on you i bet you wouldnt want anyon espeaking to you like that and i suggest you bob on!Oh and by the way why ask what his occupation is - nothing to do with you!

I would prefer to give them zero stars but had to choose one. I have been on the phone constantly for 20 minutes this morning, without success (Saturday). Finally got through and asked their opening time and was told 9am, I started ringing at 9.05, just kept ringing out. This is annoying as the person who answered in the end, must have just not bothered to answer. Wonder if they have a policy of answering the phone in so many minutes? Very abrupt person who answered. I am thinking of using a postal company to see if that's any better. Plus their website says they open at 8.30, when I asked what time they opened this morning, I was told 9am!!!

Do not believe the posted opening times or days. This branch seems to please itself when it closes, 1pm on a Saturday is not acceptable and 10 to 12 days to process a prescription isnt either!
