When the staff refer to your 8 week old babies as disgusting (whilst they were asleep) it doesn't really matter about the rest of the experience. Unbelievably disappointed.

I am writing concerning the food and drink sample and tasting session that was being held in the car park of this store today, 31/08/24.
I sampled four different items of food and while sampling the fourth item, I was rudely told by a member of staff... these were not the regular staff of the store, but visitors and might not have been Tesco employees at all... that I'd had my maximum amount and if everyone was like you, there wouldn't be enough for others. The event was very sparsely attended, whilst I was there. Suffice to say I was absolutely furious at this and will certainly never be attending any such future event again
And for the record I am a very good paying customer of this store.

Children on self service - not clued up with how to deal with customers! Extremely young girl and boy making rude comments. Won?t be returning

The store has most items on our shopping list and is pretty well stocked.Staff friendly and helpful.Not the best variety of fresh meat and too many meat cuts are vacuum packed.Pretty good selection of wine and fresh fruit and vegetables.Plenty of ( limited time ) parking available.The best of the local supermarkets.

Once again at the self checkout a Vanessa accused us stealing! I accidentally pressed the wrong button on the self scan device, causing her to come over an while Vanessa an her colleague needed to rescan everything (which is fine) Vanessa states to her colleagues ?some people are trying to tighten down for Christmas?It?s not fair just because I wear joggers after a hard day at work this is the second time now she has accused us of stealing an it?s not fair how she can get away with it!

Left my purse behind late Saturday night. Only realise on my way to work, Monday morning. Pure stress as my passport was in there and I travel for work.Popped in & there it was with full contents - amazing!Thank you so much Tesco staff! Saved me!

I have COPD and RA. am 73 years old. I was parked in disabled spot. Aggressive Tesco supervisor collecting trolleys Shook his head at me for not taking my trolley back to the trolley park. I said it was too much for me. And I left it where another disabled person could get a trolley easily as soon as they got out of their car. His response was more shaking of his head and said "whatever!" in a sarcastic voice.Very rude and inconsiderate - obviously doesn't think customer service is for him.

Shocked at the customer service in Tesco?s from a woman called Vanessa at the self check out feel discriminated against and treated differently to the others around!The checkouts were very busy so multiple people using them! When I turned around, she was there, just staring, watching over my shoulder at every item I put it in the bag.I stood in front of the screen as I could tell she was watching, and then she moved to another angle so she could see the screen again!Even after watching us for five minutes scanning every item, she proceeds to ask us for our receipt after we?ve paid!I said no to her, looking at the receipt as I was fed up of her behaviour, and she proceeded to say I need to go through the bag to check everything! And then she says that?s fine. ?I?ll print off a receipt just to make sure you have paid for everything?There?s usually a a lovely elderly lady with short grey hair I didn?t get her name but she?s always there with a smile on her face. Happy to her job to the highest standard standards!

Friendly staff, helpful and no long queue at the checkouts, for the size of the store good choice of products, downside in the evenings only self service checkouts which I dislike

Good medium size Tesco, nice place to shopBut they have taken down about half of the signs in the store, so very much more difficult to find what you want.Bit of an obvious ploy to make you spend more time and money thereSo the opposite of what a supermarket should be. Not quick and not inexpensive,as you are more likely to make impulse buys.Bring the signs back.
