If I could give 0 I would! ... Rude staff, rude volunteers, overpriced, total mess, waste of time. Was brilliant for a short while then destroyed again. Pathetic really... The charity as a whole suffers.

The staff are lovely. I left my (St Luke's) bag in the town centre & they were so kind & helpful. When a good samaritan returned the bag to the shop, they stored it until I could collect it. Thank you all.

As others have said the pricing is a joke, I mean why do they price as if they have a top quality item that is pristine because it is not!! Add to that a grumpy guy,and a let's say a 'difficult' woman,who looked at me like I had come from under a stone!! Will definitely never visit this shop again.
