Terrible service from the start. Got offer wrong on house. Terrible communication from the very beginning then no communication in our final months. Would not use, would not recommend, stay well clear of this company

Friendly, prompt and professional. Nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish. Ian and Liam were always happy to help us even in matters that might seem small. On the day of completion they gave us an unexpected care package full of useful goodies for our move! Absolutely brilliant service, if we ever need to move again, I know who to call.

What could have been a very difficult time was made hassle-free by the staff at Salisburys. Sally was so helpful both in finding a buyer for our property and in finding our new home, coming up with some very interesting properties. Their valuation of our house was spot on, and all the staff at Salisburys were helpful and friendly, both on the telephone and in person. Thank you all.

When we went with Ian to view a cottage, I noticed a couple of damp spots and Ian said "you can tell if a property is damp by just breathing in, does it feel l damp? We felt quite reassuredWeeks later we get the survey and find out there was rising and penetrative damp throughout...plus suspected asbestos, new roof needed, outbuildings falling down and new roofs needed for them both, leaking shower tray, rotting wooden windows etc etc, the vendor wouldn't accept the findings so we had to pull out. We were passed to someone else at Salisburys who more or less said it was normal as an old cottage and we were just first time buyers who perhaps didn't understand things and that he said that the mortgage evaluation went through okay and that no one would ever buy a property if they listened to their rics surveyorNeedless to say we won't ever use their services again and to top it all off they asked us for the £1000 survey results for free to help them.!!Afterall we don't need them anymore right? Lol

I found the team very professional, reassuring, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Sally, Ian and Caroline and the team were always punctual when showing the house to clients and always provided prompt feedback following each visit. Salisbury's were able to reduce the anxiety levels of what is normally a very difficult and testing time and I would certainly recommend them.
