Checked their website opening hours which stated opening 9:00 till 19:00. Turned up at 13:00 to be told we are closed for lunch 13:00 - 14:00.
I strongly suggest you either adjust your website to show the correct opening hours or be open for the hours you advertise.
An unnecessary journey for me and a 1 star review for you.

Customer service on the Butcher's counter very poor. This morning at around 9.30 I waited and waited for the person weighing up meat in the back to serve me and gave up and left. That's not good customer service.

Dr sent a script for antibiotics - Pharmacy not having the meds in stock did not bother to make the surgery aware of the fact and more than their jobs worth to contact patient - awful

Handed prescription in a week ago and told it would be in next day- it wasn't. Called back another 2 times over the course of week to be told tge same thing. Today I called in again and the assistant asked me to wait whilst she got the meds. 10 minutes andshe dudnt come back so I asked another assistant told that the wholesalers had sent wrong stuff so could I call back on Friday. No attempt to contact wholesaler about this until today when I asked about it. Presumably overlooked the fact that they had a script waiting to be filled for over a week. Worse still was the assistant who just didn't come back and tell me but left me standing there for 10 min.There was no queue and 3 people on the front desk.
