Andrew and his team are fantastic!
From the initial visit to value the house right through to completion and even beyond.
Andrew was honest in his thoughts on where we were at any given time and when the market got slow, he gave advice on what options we had if we wanted to sell quickly.
Viewings were always well planned and feedback was given after each one.
The whole team have endless patience especially when I was getting impatient.
Andrew always took time to check in personally and answer any queries we had.
Once we sold Lindsey was fabulous, keeping us updated with the sale and our purchase - following up and chasing when things seemed to slow down, no sitting around for this team.
They also recommended solicitors which were also amazing in getting things done.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy / sell.

We had a difficult sale that took nearly 2 years because buyers were pulling out. But all through this Sean and all the other staff at Kirby estate agents were very good at getting potential buyers through and getting offers at the asking price. This means they both know the market and can get the offers. Overall the office was positive, efficient and professional and I thoroughly recommend them.
