My partner and I are looking at getting our first mortgage so spoke to Emma Jones at Hansford Bell. We have been able to explain what we are hoping for and how we'd like to do it. Emma has been excellent, she has given us advice and information that has guided us. Emma has also kept us in the loop of what is happening even when there was no specific update which made us feel at ease as we also knew what was going on behind the scenes. So quick and professional, we will 100% use again, and will also recommend to our family and friends in the future.

We are really happy with the service we received from Emma and her colleagues at Hansford BellWe wanted to fix rates on 4 BTL mortgages and following an initial free consultation with Emma we asked her to conduct a full market review which resulted in excellent options and significant savings. Her assistant Chris was in constant communication with us and we were kept regularly updated.Very soon after starting the process to move our existing mortgages, the Covid-19 lock down started and this resulted in some real difficulties in communications with and actions by the relevant conveyancers and the old and new lenders. It is my understanding that some Hansford Bell staff were furloughed but at all stages during this difficult time Emma was constantly following up on each and every problem and was regularly in contact with us even if it was to advise on occasion that she was still awaiting news.Having used a number of mortgage brokers in the past I think it is true to say the service provided by Emma would be hard to beat. The Hansford Bell fees proved good value and we are very happy to endorse the service we received.
