“I’m not confident or comfortable in a gym environment and have never been able to walk through the doors of previous gyms I’ve been too alone in the past, at peak you are made to feel so welcome and comfortable that I will walk in alone and complete my workout. When I’ve needed help with machines or form I’ve asked either staff or other gym members which is way out my comfort zone and they have all being super helpful.”
