“I thought I would like to buy a rowing machine and then realised that without trying one out I could not make an informed decision. I knew a couple of people who had spoken highly of Peak so I decided to go there to try the rower and see what else they had to offer.I would like to point out that I had never used a gym before, in my late fifties and would say my fitness is average.From the outset the staff could not have been more responsive or professional. After the initial trial I was so pleased with how it had gone that I signed up as a member; joining the "Peak" family. This was around two months ago.I now go to the gym 4 times a week, and am currently having some one to one sessions with Jo Elmore who is helping me to address an asymmetrical imbalance through my body. After 4 sessions the twist I could feel through my body when I walked had disappeared - something that I have been living with for the past 11 years - a miracle!!!!All in all really happy that the universe took me to Peak and that I plunged in. Such super knowledgeable staff who care and make time for everyone.Thank-you "Team Peak" x.”
