The team at Fulfords in Tavistock really are unlike any other estate agents we've had dealings with. When we started on this journey to help my mother in law sell her bungalow she find a home large enough for her and our family of 4, we could never have dreamt that Toby, Mica and Todd would provide service beyond 5*! From the moment we met Toby, he became not just an estate agent, but a great support both with the emotional turmoil of selling a property but also his knowledge is second to none. Every issue was looked into and a response given within a few hours, and all 3 of them were always just a phonecall away. I lost count of the number of cups of tea they made me whilst I sat worrying or crying about the latest bump in the road. Their guidance on getting the bungalow ready to market was so helpful, right down to those little details we never would have thought about. Their relentless determination to get us the right buyer and the time and effort they put into chasing enquiries, solicitors and mortgage advisors was beyond anything we could have asked of them. Well what can we say, an amazing team lead by Toby. We were impressed from the start with their professionalism, detailed knowledge of the local market, support and helpful advice. Me and my partner are first time buyers and were out looking with Todd . Todd went above and beyond by staying after the branch closed to show me and my partner around a property after we finished work. We did end up purchasing this property and we have had amazing support along the way with weekly updates and the branch has made sure both me and my partner are happy with everything along the way !
