Very impressed by James and the team when we visited their premises in Tavistock on Saturday.
Having made our initial inquiry we never felt under any pressure at all to go ahead with our purchase and James answered all our questions simply and in a straightforward manner.
Due to his excellent service communication and professional manner it was obvious that we were in the hands of a very reputable and experienced jewellery business.
So much so that we returned same day and completed our purchase of which we are delighted.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality item of jewellery you will not be disappointed.

I visited Baldwins a couple of months ago with some jewellery I had inherited and some other unused jewellery. I knew I wanted a piece of jewellery made but I was lost on where to begin. James talked me through various options and we agreed on a design. Baldwins kept me updated on the progress throughout. James decided to have further stones set which was such a great decision. I collected the bangle today and I am over the moon with the finished piece, it is absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend Baldwins, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am blown away with my bangle.

We have just purchased our recent, original design by John Baldwin. A beautiful necklace where he got inspiration from a visit to Venice with his family. The quality of service we received from both James Baldwin and Andrew was wonderful, as always. They know everything, about all the pieces they stock.
