very poor level of service from reception...long waits to get through sometimes 30 minutes plus....shocking.....employ more staff.Not been impressed by some of the interactions with gps in the practice,nurses have been very helpful.if you want a referral you wil be lucky.LOOKING TO CHANGE ASAP

Iong wait for phone call to be answered Made a appointment turned up to be told I did not have an appointment Had to speak with receptionist for my test results while cleaners mopping floor etc Not very professional

Getting an appointment is nigh on impossible and they cannot sign financial verification form to prove your you even though they are authorised too

The biggest problem, aside from trying to get an appointment, is getting thru on the phone. Should have a telephone system which has 2 dedicated lines; 1 for apps, 1for queries on test results etc. The waiting time is crazy. !!

Can?t even answer phone. 55 mins in a queue on hold about to answer phone and they cut me off. I have it all on video as so appalled. How on earth are you supposed to get through, constantly busy or engaged. No wonder hospitals are so busy. Need more reception staff!!!!!!!!

Recently moved to SM and unfortunately we've had a lot of dealings with them since my husband became critically ill. We also have a 1 year old who has had various jabs etc. From my first contact with them, they were absolutely brilliant. I can't praise their communication, service and manner enough. One of the many reasons I'm so glad we're here. Thank you!
