Appalling service. Incredibly slow, taken 6 hours and still didn't have a prescription ready. Useless with repeat prescriptions, you're meant to get a message to let you know your prescription is ready and you never receive it, they then cancel your repeat prescription if you don't pick it up quick enough and you have start it again by going back to your doctor's.A prescription of mine wasn't in stock, got told I'd be informed when it was in stock and ready. Rang today to see what was taking so long only to be told it's been ready for over a week and I should have collected it, no apology when I informed I never received a message to inform me it was there like they said they would do. It's taken them 3 days to sort out an emergency prescription before, just ridiculous.

Extremely slow service, yes it is a small store but some of the staff obviously do not enjoy the job and seem to make no effort to serve customers quickly. I have also seen one of the pharmacists be rude to a customer because of the item he was collecting.

The staff are lovely but it's abismal to try and use the pharmacy. It takes on average 40 minutes to get served, it has taken over an hour before. No early or late opening, and they close for over an hour for lunch!!!

Absolutely abysmal time and time again. Where to even start. We've had stuff 'not turn up' on deliveries which we've been told would absolutely 100% be in. We've had medicine made up by them for our child which HAS to be taken daily which isn't the problem, But when they don't screw the lid on it and there's none left by the time we're home because it's leaked that is a problem. Staff going on the defensive because you're asking for alternative places to source important prescriptions. I got told once that I could drive to Exeter to get some medicine but they might not have it. This was at 4pm and its a good 45 minute drive from here... Place is ran like a circus. Only use out of necessity.

not good today seems to be a new member of staff who was rude and unhelpful a phone call and a visit in store to order a important repeat precription to be told it couldnt be done until oct not good enough.had to speak to gp to get it sorted. normally they are ok.

Just not enough staff. Can be queuing over 20 minutes most times. Need to be more organised. On 75% of visits of 12 or more a month staff have to search for prescriptions pre ordered, also not always ready when times have been pre arranged.

Delays getting my prescription, queues to pick it up, non-functional SMS system. Also, a very curt, unfriendly bloke works there on occasion.

Staff usually rushed off their feet so be prepared for a bit of a wait. Stocks of goods fairly reasonable and most basics are obtainable, bear in mind that this store is in a small market town so probably best to keep your larger shopping lists for main branches.
