Caroline and Ian (Moxley and McDonald) are friendly, helpful, and very good designers in a practical way. They help with the whole process from first ideas, solving design problems, through applying for planning and building regulations approval, through to dealing with any problems that crop up during the building work. Highly recommended.

A very professional and friendly service. Quality of work is outstanding as was the day to day communication and attention to detail. I couldn't recommend them more highly especially for advice and support navigating through the complexities of planning and development. The design and details are produced with great thought and consideration to personal wishes and budget. I love visiting the office. A friendly reception and coffee can always be relied on.

I cannot make any comment in relation to the Mcdonald side of the business but the Moxley side of it was a complete waste of money. The drawings had so many mistakes I had to get them redone elsewhere. I wouldn't use them again.
