The Guys did an excellent job in a very, very speed way. Great to find a garage with old fashioned, high standards of customer service, ( sadly lacking elsewhere) that does a cracking job without adding unnecessary extras on. Thanks Tim and the Team.

Have been a customer for a while and we always take our cars there for everything including MOT. Great service, reliable, on time and very honest. Not to mention the team of great guys that work there. I highly recommend.

Quoted (not estimate) for a job with no complications but charged almost 50% extra without explanation. Quote was verbally confirmed a second time before the work commenced .The following week another job I arranged in advance (as it had to be done by a certain date ) was effectively erased from their work schedule as they had other things that had come in . No apology just a rude unhelpful voice at the end of the phone ( apparently the owner) who also promised to ring me back regarding the overcharging but didn't even have the decency to do so. I hope he reads this.As a man of integrity and very fair .. I left feeling very unhappy , misled and disappointed and wished I'd have gone elsewhere . In that way I'd have paid far less ( I had another quote) and not have been let down .Just to add It's such a shame as the mechanics seemed decent people who I felt at ease with beforehand ..such a shame the one who quoted seems to have a memory that changes according to the circumstances and to whom he speaks to.
