Took my 2012 VW car here for MOT and service - turned out it also needed a water pump and cam belt - fair enough, but took 3 days ( and £700+ ) but when I eventually got it back I had lots of issues with tailgate rear camera wiper etc. Took it back only to be told it needed a part (electronic tailgate switch) - eventually got fitted a WEEK later and was charged ANOTHER £80+. NEVER AGAIN!!

The garage did a brilliant job at identifying a really difficult electrical fault and completed the work for a third of the price that the main dealer wanted. Excellent service.

Quoted £300 to replace oil filter housing on a focus ST. Trusted them being a ford specialist. Ended up with a bill of nearly £550 after phone calls saying ?you need to replace this while you?re here, you need to replace that, you need fresh oil etc.? Non of which was in original quote, and after a little reading seems obvious with the nature of the job. Will never return.
