My test and eye health check was no doubt comprehensive and accurate, although I would have liked it to be less hurried and with a little more time to discuss the results. Good selection of frames.

On a recent trip to Sidmouth we took the opportunity to visit your store to follow up on some issues we have had with our glasses, bought from another of your stores last year.
The problems at the other store had been sufficient that we were not going to use your services when the time came to have our next tests, & would not buy from you.
At Sidmouth, the sales person & the manager were very helpful, doing what they could & resolving our problems.
We were happy with the advice & service that we received, which was the polar opposite of our experience previously at the other store.
We are pleased to let you know that wewill be happy to use this store when the occasion demands.
