We are having a nightmare with TBH. If you are thinking about preparing a will go literally anywhere else but here, they are shocking. We are not being treated like the grieving family which we are, but pawns in some horrible legal drama. Please do not use them, no one should have to deal with this unhuman and inhumane treatment. We have had to use another solicitor to deal with this one. Two days after losing a parent this is the most appaling behaviour.TBH may factually be correct that although we are the family of the deceased because they were made executor (please don't do that if you are reading this) we are not a client, but the behaviour is awful.They call themselves "friendly" let us assure you they are anything but and intend to ensure that this story is told to anyone who might be considering using this firm.

I will not share the details, but all I can say is in the dealings I have with TBH they have lacked honesty, too quick to use the excuse client confidentiality, missed their own timelines and very slow to provide details of their work and progress in managing my late Mother's estate. A formal complaint has been submitted.
