The hours cited here are incorrect. The office is only open 0800-1000 during the week.

I used click and drop on 26 September. Having paid and printed the label I found the office closed without notice so could not drop. In the end I double paid to use the Post Office. Astoundingly, their service, provided by Royal Mail was both quicker and cheaper.Never again. I recommend Hermes.
