All I wanted was a bag of hot chips with barbecue sauce. Is that too much to ask for? Chips were like warm at best and no sauce at all apart from tomato ketchup which I don't like! I couldn't even be bothered to take the chips back! Won't be bothering here again.

Service is glacially slow, the self service order/pay machines were advising that orders were not processed and no payment was taken.... When on checking online banking payment HAD been taken but the order not put through to the staff!... Staff did rectify this and put the order through manually however.Considering this is a motorway service (the last one on the M5 and gateway to the southwest), and today was the first day of a half term break with lots of folk travelling for breaks away, there was only 3-4 staff on!!! I felt sorry for them, clearly the management here don't care in the slightest (no sight of a manager or supervisor)Poor poor showing from BK all round.

Got a chicken royal with bacon/cheese today. Burger looked old, lettuce was brown.Now have food poisoning! Avoid!

The serving counter was messy and the dining area disgusting, with piles of wrapping and bits of food littering the tables and floor.Parking: Convenient motorway services parking, with electric vehicles charging points.

First Burger King experience and definitely my last.Burger buns were stale and apples with kids meal were old.Honestly, next time I'll skip Burger King and rather go to the McDonald's up the road.

Not too busy but the wait is ridiculous. And apparently ice isn't standard with their drinks. Have to go up and ask them to put it in your drink.

Couldn't understand untrained server.. Drinks machine not working wasn't told at the beginning of ordering food.Rest of the staff came across a bit slow in many ways. No trays available.
