On arrival I received a warm and friendly welcome from Dan and I left my car with him. Having looked over the vehicle, he soon rang me with what work needed doing and the potential cost and time of this. He needed to order a special part from VW directly, which would arrive from them the following day. All the pricing was very competitive and Dan kept me informed throughout the entire process. As soon as the part arrived from VW the work was completed and I picked my car up. I was delighted with the price and the work carried out was first class.
