Went three times to pick up a prescription I kept being promised was ordered in, to be told on my third trip that they were unable to order it and I would need to change the prescription via the doctor. No manners and they tend to shout things across from the computer letting everyone waiting know what your prescription is.

Changed from Lloyds pharmacy because they didn't have my medication each month so changed to Tesco but they seem to be having the same problems hopefully things will get sorted.

I have a large monthly prescription. For the last 5 months there has been at least 2 items missing. Staff become bad tempered and rude when you raise the issue. AVOID this purgatory.
