Massive thanks to Andy and the whole team for continued good service.
Despite a mix up with providing a courtesy car, my MOT today was done in super quick time.
I?ve had many experiences with other garages and often felt ?fleeced? as my motor knowledge is zero. RPM looks after both mine and Mum?s car and is always fair and transparent.
Highly recommended.

I always aim to support independent businesses within our community and have never left a negative review for anything HOWEVER this garage delivers an appalling service.
My first dealings with them resulted in me being given my car back 3 times as being fixed when it fact it needed a new engine. I gave them benefit of doubt in case it was a complex issue.
This week I've taken my car for new brakes and a new ABS sensor- very simple. My car has been returned with the ABS not resolved and a check engine light. Back it goes and again I have a call to say its fixed. not even out of the forecourt and I see all the lights are still on. I'm left with a car which is not fixed and I don't even know if its safe to drive.
They will say oh we will take money off or we won't charge you but no one minds paying for a service. They just expect the issue to be fixed as per the role of a garage
This garage is either taking on far too many clients and they don't look at cars properly or they don't have mechanics with diagnostic skills
I'm very sorry to say it should be avoided at all costs

Excellent service from RPM. I had an issue while on holiday and they not only managed to get me in on the same day but sorted the issue quickly and all the staff where extremely eager to help. I'm tempted to move to the area just for this garage!!

Outstanding customer service. Took the time to understand the issue before the car was dropped in and ordered potential part ahead of time. Down from Leeds on a short break with my daughter, had a severe leak on my car Saturday at 11am (they close at 1pm) Called in unannounced, they said leave the car with us and we?ll put it on the ramp and see if we can sort your problem and get you on your way. An hour later they phoned, problem solved and wouldn?t take payment for the work done. I can?t thank you guys enough, outstanding customer service ?

Due to a supplied part failing, not RPM's fault, a repair was required to my car. The customer service was exceptional from all staff from arrival to collecting the car back, Andy and Steph particularly. Repair completed next day under warranty and kept advised throughout. I can?t thank Andy and his team at RPM enough for a fabulously quick service. My car broke down on the M6 Saturday night and got relayed back to RPM on the following Monday. It?s alternator belt snapped and the tensioner needed replacing.I had been rather anxious to get my car back for the next following Monday as my daughter was to have her driving test in it. Andy was on the case, had booked a slot, ordered the parts and ta da the car was fixed and back on the road by Tuesday evening! Couldn?t believe how swiftly they sorted it out for me.So, so grateful.I have now used RPM solely for the last 18 years and highly recommend them. They are a very friendly bunch, very helpful and accommodating and well priced.Well done RPM ?

Previously done work for me on my Leon.Excellent service and reasonably priced.Sold my nan a car and was spot on.The dude who was complaining of not receiving a quote for two months made me laugh. Mistakes happen and just a reminder of a quote wouldn't have hurt.Why wait two months ?I'll reuse RPM when my new car require works.Service: Auto body & trim replacement
