“Called in last week to see if the pharmacist could have a look at a rash on my foot the lady explained that the pharmacist was really busy she looked at my foot and went to have a word with the pharmacist and suggested some cream which I bought off her and said if it didn't clear up after a few days to see my Doctor I am pleased to the rash has nearly all gone and would like to say thank you to her.”

“Had an appointment this afternoon with the Dr who prescribed anti bionics the Dr sent my prescription to Lloyds I called at Lloyds to ask when my prescription would be ready the pharmacist checked it had arrived and said he would do it right away which I was so relieved as I was in quite a bit of pain.
