Had an appointment this afternoon with the Dr who prescribed anti bionics the Dr sent my prescription to Lloyds I called at Lloyds to ask when my prescription would be ready the pharmacist checked it had arrived and said he would do it right away which I was so relieved as I was in quite a bit of pain. Can't fault them.

The most efficient and friendly service

Popped in while on holiday as my son came out with chickenpox. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist recommended piriton to help with the itch which i had never heard of before. This little bit of advice made the world of difference so thank you. Went in again a few days later for something else and again staff (different) were friendly and helpful.

I thought it was just me that the woman was very rude to, but it is a small comfort to realise that she's like it to everyone. She audibly tutted when I asked for my repeat prescription, and was visibly annoyed that I checked to see if the items I needed were in the closed bag. I asked if they were the sucrose free tablets that my doctor had ordered for me and the woman told me that sucrose free aren't available for that type of medicine. When I questioned it she was quite angry, so I left the shop. When I got home I checked the ingredients and found that they were sucrose free after all, and this woman is supposed to be the pharmacist! She's so rude that I dread going in there, but it is the most convenient for me as I'm disabled and don't drive.

Really bad customer service. I needed a burn ointment and the women just gave a quick rude reply that she didn?t have the one I asked for and retreated to the back. I had to wait at the counter for her to come back so I could ask if she carried anything else. Seems obvious you would suggest another option to a customer, but she acted put out by it. Every time I?ve been in this pharmacy the women serving me has a bad attitude it is really odd as Seaton is such a friendly town.

My partner has just had the same experience as the previous review. A real battle to obtain a simple ointment even though the instructions clearly stated it was suitable for the condition he presented. They have an attitude problem.

Unhelpful staff and quite rude. Instead of polite questions being asked about the product I asked for. I was spoken to in a demeaning tone.

Not all ladies with white hair, asking for a medication that has not been found, is "confused"! You should, perhaps:a.- check your computer andb.- ring the surgeryMay this not happen to anyone else, it is very upsetting and insulting.M Elworthy

I found the staff rude and unhelpful. On my first visit they refused to sell me a promotional 2 for 1 item, despite the item being advertised as such.
Another time I was refused a free plastic bag for an item I purchased (an item that was available for sale as well as on prescription). When I checked with their head office I was told I should have been given a free bag.
On another visit I collected a prescription for a friend. I signed as the patients representative. I took the two bags I was given direct to the patient who broke the seal and checked the contents. One item was missing.
He telephoned the pharmacy and was told he would be rung back in five minutes. Ten minutes later he rang them back. They asked for more time. He ended up walking to the pharmacy himself.
There he was told he was firstly "not himself" i.e not the man who had been in earlier. The staff then said I had pretended to be him. Since I signed as his representative they were lying.
They then went on to suggest that I had opened the bag and taken the item for myself. The bags were delivered sealed and untouched.
I have never experienced such rudeness. I have been accused of fraud and theft by the staff, as was my friend (the patient).
I have been a home carer for over 5 years and have collected prescriptions for others on numerous occasions.
The member of staff who first served me was surly and the lady behind the dispensing area seemed preoccupied speaking over my head to another customer.
I will NEVER use this branch of LLoyds again and it may well have put me off using the whole chain.
Something is very wrong with this branch. I think an investigation needs to be done by their head office if not by the police too.
This pharmacy thinks itself above the law.
Avoid it and use somewhere more professional and courteous.

Very disorganised and incredibly offensive staff. One item was missing from my prescription and rather than apologise they first accused the friend who collected the prescription on my behalf of impersonating me & stealing the drugs. Even when they discovered that my friend had filled in the form correctly- as someone collecting on my behalf they then suggested he broke the seal & removed the drugs.
I was treated like a crazy person. I overheard the chemist & staff arguing in the back of the store and though they admitted to each other they might have made an error, they insisted to me that it was my fault.
Rather than accepting a telling off & lecture I called the police - as I was not prepared for either of us to be labelled liars or thieves. The police advised I spoke to lloyds head office. They, at least, were gracious offering a full apology and accepting that no one should be so awfully treated.
Avoid!

Has your usual medicines, but also little gadgets for measuring blood pressure etc. Lots of health services too.
