Great overnight stay. Lasagne for evening meal, lovely room and comfy bed. Generous and delicious breakfast in a warm and relaxed environment.

Came here for a Sunday roast. Served in a carvery manner, but one where the staff dish for you rather than ‘do it yourself’ (always a sign it’s still quality).
Overall a very pleasant experience. Only drawback was they didn’t have our reservation despite having a booking confirmation. They had a table anyway... read full comment

A lovely countryside pub with a relaxed vibe, tasty food, and a solid range of ales and ciders. The staff are friendly, the space is clean and well-kept, and dogs are welcome. The garden is full of colour, with both open and covered seating — ideal for any weather. A great spot to unwind.
