I have booked MOT and major service in October, 5 days before booked date at the beginning of January, I have send email to confirm booking and received positive response. On the day, mechanic didn't show up, instead I got message that booking was mistake and he doesn't do MOT in my area but as a gesture of good will he can reschedule MOT for next week. I agreed as finding MOT slot last moment is impossible in my area, after asking what time he is going to collect my car, he ignored my message. As expected next week, mechanic didn't show up again. I understand, mistakes happen and that's fine, what I don't understand is complete ignorance towards clients.

Not even 1 star!!!! Done 4 tyres and destroyed the paintwork on all 4 rims! tried denying it but i have pictures to prove then only offered 80 in compensation but has completely ignored me since so am unable to even get that so am now forced to take the matter further! i would recommend avoiding this guy at all costs because it will cost you! Total cowboy!

Ross is absolutely brilliant. Called him on the day my car broke down and he was able to come the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. Changed my brake pads and didn't use clips leaving me with brakes that rattled loudly, said he'd come and fix numerous times but never did. Ended up getting done elsewhere at great expense.
