Fantastic seafood, vibe and setting in North Sands, Salcombe. We both had a lovely time and enjoyed chatting to the fantastic staff. Extra big thank you to them for giving us a lift home when our taxi forgot to pick us up! Would recommend to anyone to take a visit ?

Welcoming visitors for more than 25 years, our particular brand of shabby chic beach restaurant always buzzes with activity as people congregate for lunch, dinner and all the bits in between.
The Winking Prawn is a family run and family friendly restaurant where we aim to offer something for everyone. It’s date night, evenings out with friends, family lunches, a bottle of our own locally brewed beer whilst looking out to sea or a catch up with your best friend over coffee.
