There were 17 of us and we had the Sunday pork Porcetta and Seafood basket for dinner. The pork was so tender and everything was so fresh and delicious. The service was also so friendly and fantastic. It was faultless

Lovely pub, very popular so may struggle to grab a table. Watch out for the sea gulls circling, staff are good at dispersing them.

What a location! Great terrace overlooking the harbour, and a cosy bar above when the weather is not so good.

Visited a couple of times in the week. A pint around lunchtime, with a couple of portions of chips, and sat outside overlooking the estuary and later in the week an evening meal. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is good old, no fuss pub grub. Good selection of beers, cider and spirits, oh and soft drinks! It's not flash, but it great and we would highly recommend it.

I recently visited The Ferry Inn while on a trip to Salcombe, and I have to say, the view from the garden is absolutely fantastic. On a sunny day, it?s the perfect spot to sit back with a drink and take in the scenery ? a real highlight of the visit.
Unfortunately, the food didn?t quite live up to the setting. I ordered a steak cooked rare, and while I enjoy a rare steak, this one was underdone to the point of being almost raw. Service was also underwhelming; it took around 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which felt excessive considering how quiet it was at the time.
All in all, I?d definitely return for a drink and to enjoy the atmosphere, but I?d probably skip the food next time.

Great veiw , downstairs bar a bit untidy but the actual pubs great.
Palmers pub , thats a nice change in terms of the beers .
