Really nice coffee house and great selection of food. Have the sausage sandwich with fried egg for about £6. It was really nice! Staff are really pleasant.and would definitely recommend!

Warm welcome. Delicious cakes. Reasonable prices. Lots of vegan / gluten free options. They could make better use of local ingredients (why not Salcombe chocolate for example). We?d definitely visit again. But sadly they still have single use plastic cups for the iced coffee.

Very friendly staff and delicious drinks! I didn?t try any food but I had a smoothie which was very delicious and an iced mocha on another occasion! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly cafe run by a young, competent staff. The smashed avocado was very good indeed. Seated quickly, and served in a short space of time. All in all a great experience except for the overcooked poached eggs on toast. Otherwise well worth the visit.

Went for a coffee this morning at 9.25am. Shop door was open but was told with no finess, quite abruptly actually that they weren?t open until 9.30. Though I can appreciate they have timings we could have been told to take a seat and wait a couple of minutes because even their tables outside were there and ready for customers. Our business was taken elsewhere.

Nick and the team always do an amazing job. We always kick start our annual holiday in Salcombe with an evening meal here and every year the standard is exceptional. Can?t wait to visit again in 2026!

Absolutely lovely food. Lots of choice and the staff were friendly. Gorgeous cakes, the coffee cake is one of the best I have ever had. Dog friendly too.

The food was amazing and the service great. My list of intolerances were no issue at all and they could not have been lovelier. Perfectly balanced menu with a great choice of seafood. Fabulous evening!

editing my review - walked in here at 9.25am today , it was pouring with rain to have breakfast with 4 people , two being children. the young staff shouted from the back that the shop is closed until 9.30 so wait outside for 5 minutes.
we went to the pantry instead. at 5 minutes before opening it may just be worth taking on a 4 top. Unless i am missing something drastic here that seems like a good start to the day.

I visited yesterday for my birthday and the 2 year anniversary of my boyfriend who passed away suddenly. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the 2 ladies who served me and the kindness you showed. The latte and brownie tasted amazing. See you in a few months no doubt :)

We have enjoyed coffee and cake before but never dinner until this week. The food was simply the best we have had in Salcombe and the staff looked after us were so friendly. I cannot recommend enough
