“12 of us stayed here for 2 nights & we stayed for an extra night. This is a very special place looking over the sea & cove, with beautiful walks along the SW coastal path. The hotel has a lovely friendly feel to it, as the owners & staff have taken lot of trouble to make sure their guests are welcome & enjoy their stay. The staff were exceptionally good, being very friendly, professional & helpful. The food is also excellent. We ate in for 3 nights & really enjoyed both the generous breakfasts & dinners as well as the drinks that Clive, the sommelier, made for us! The well maintained pool & spa/fitness facilities were good. One of our friends has stayed quite a few times & we will definitely being go back!”

“Easy last minute booking as were in Salcombe and tired. Literally phoned up, made booking and turned up at hotel 15 mins later and everything was ready. Good car parking, lovely room and very pleasant and friendly staff. Booked in for dinner too and the good was excellent. Dog friendly which was why we chose it. I left a lot of sports kit on roof of my vehicle in the car park and was totally safe”
