Shocking customer service, both ladies rude, curt and extremely unhelpful. EVRI and other couriers have a parcel-shop listed there, I would have any item delivered somewhere else, staff need re-training on how to deal with and connect to the public, after all it's us that keep you in business. Will never step foot in there again, dirty, outdated and needs steam cleaning.

Yealmpton Village is so lucky to have a well stocked local store which provides many additional services to offer convenience to its customers. I?m constantly surprised by what they have to offer in there, from even specialised ingredients to a courier drop off point! They have bent over backwards for the vulnerable in the village during the Covid lockdowns and their service is always helpful. Thank you Fiona and team!

I go to this shop all the time and always get a friendly welcome. The fresh bread, cakes, and pies are especially good. For it's size, it has most of the stuff you might need, and lot's of useful bits and bobs. During this difficult time, the staff have always made sure that it is a safe environment in which to shop, and they went out of their way to serve the local community.

Shopped here today! Not impressed by the quality of service. Absolutely NO welcome and NO appreciation from the person serving. I would rather spend my hard earned money in a shop which recognised that it?s the customers that count!!..Brixton for me from now on

I had my eye test a few doors down the road and afterwards popped into the Yealmpton Stores what a well stocked village shop & the young lady that served me was so pleasant and helpful I definitely will shop there more often

I left a parcel at this store for Hermes collections however the parcel didn?t arrive at its destination so I called the store to be met with a very nasty attitude the person that answered the phone was shouting and screaming at me saying that it was nothing to do with them If that was the last time I saw the parcel it?s very much to do with them !!Horrible customer experience nasty woman will not go there again AWFUL

Well stocked little village shop, has what you need when you need it. Reasonable opening hours and situated in the heart of the village.
