Katie Shears at Wrens Plymouth was very helpful in designing me a new kitchen. She went above and beyond to get exactly the finished I wanted. The 3d design view was brilliant in brining to life my dream Kitchen. Katie was a credit to wrens. UPDATE: Now 14 months after kitchen fitted - and the intervention of the Ombudsman - Wren have grudgingly refunded our money. From the first delivery of 12 replacement doors ONLY 1 was usable. 11 / 12 were either damaged or the wrong colour. Thats an incredible 92% rejection rate - what a huge waste of time and money. On the 2nd delivery, one was the wrong size. So it took 3 attempts to finally complete the remedial work. No apology for the poor customer service + poor quality cabinets, or the fact it took 14 months to resolve. No goodwill offer of compensation for the 14 months of hassle, stress and loss of enjoyment. A horrendous experience.AFTER 11 MONTHS of waiting - still NO REFUNDS and NO replacements for faulty doors/panels.Had a new kitchen fully fitted by Wren in March 2022. The initial design and fitting all went well. But on completion we reported several issues / chips / marks immediately to the kitchen fitter and within 30 days to the WREN Regional Installation Manager. STILL WAITING. For 11 months Wren has withheld agreed refunds (for incorrect / missing items) holding it as a bargaining chip and threatening if we don't agree with his proposal, they'll do nothing. Went to the Ombudsman (at the beginning of December) who advised Wren to do the repairs and refunds. Two months later and we are still waiting. Wren wants us to organise and pay for part of the remedial work (and he will then refund it) but they still haven't refunded any of the originally agreed refunds! Wren have also stated that their advertised "25 year Warranty" on cabinets DOES NOT cover cabinet doors - only the basic carcass (when you buy a cabinet it DOES include a door). When I asked them to put this in writing, the response was that they would agree to the 25 year warranty on this occasion as there must have been an error on my paperwork. Blatant breaches of the Consumer Rights Act. When I emailed Wren head office Customer Service and Wren?s CEO, their response was to pass my complaint back to the man I'd complained about. Clearly, the whole company just do not care about anything other than taking your money. I would never have believed that our new kitchen would still not be complete after 11 months. Very happy with our kitchen from Wren. They have an excellent selection of everything you need for your kitchen. Our designer, Owen, was fantastic and helped at every turn and was very patient when we redesigned our kitchen after we changed the room dimensions. He was also helpful during our self-installation, with answering questions and clarifying a few things. He is professional, flexible, responsive and extremely helpful overall. He exceeded our expectations!! Ordering our kitchen from Wren was straightforward from design, to delivery, to installation. We highly recommend Wren!!!

We were very satisfied with the initial appointment we had with Cezar at Wren kitchens . He was knowledgeable courteous and patient. The delivery was seamless and the customer service team dealt with a small query with expertise and efficiency.We are very pleased with our new kitchen, the units are extremely well made, easy to install, nothing arrived hdamaged and it was all as expected. This was the second time that we have used Wren after moving into our new house. As we were so impressed the first time we wanted to use Wren again and we were not disappointed. The kitchen designer, (Gavin), was excellent. He listened to our ideas, made suggestions and came up with solutions to make the best of our space. His level of attention, availability to answer any questions and his general customer service was excellent. The same can be said for the delivery service. We have now have an amazing Kitchen, that is ergonomically practical, meets our needs and is very stylish. I would not hesitate to recommend Wren.Services: Remodeling

I am a kitchen fitter and I really enjoy fitting wren kitchens, so much so that I bought my kitchen from wren, everything runs so smoothly and any issues are rectified quickly. The simplicity to fit wren kitchens are unmatched and the designers do a really good job of using up all available space. I would always recommend wren to anyone.Service: Kitchen design
