The store layout is very frustrating. Once you enter, it?s almost impossible to find a quick way out without walking a long distance around the entire shop. This poor design makes shopping inconvenient and discourages me from coming in again. It leaves a negative impression and makes me think twice before visiting.

Regarding my duvet.
I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service at this store. Staff were either unavailable or unwilling to help,simple questions were met with vague or dismissive answers, and there seemed to be little interest in resolving my concerns.
They don?t know how to communicate customer

Finished Nightshift, so thought I pop in to grab a few bits before home. Gets followed by the manager all the way round the store, apparently I'm trying to nick lemongrass toilet gel balls & flee drops for my dog at 8am in the morning in full work uniform with my company logo and client logo plastered all over me ??. A bit of common sense goes a long way, not the first time the manager did this. Makes you feel uncomfortable

Popped into store today to pick up some Christmas bits for my flat and found Owen to be super helpful, especially carrying things to the till as my basket wasn?t big enough. Super customer service. Thank you!

Owen, the deputy manager at this store, is extremely unprofessional and rude.
I was waiting in the queue. These two women come back in to tell him after they left the store of the bottles of cleaner top came off and made a mess.
He immediately cut her off and raised his voice, saying, "I'm busy on the till, I can't leave the till, there's a queue." When she tried to explain, he cut her off again. "If you let me speak, I'll explain. I'm busy on the till, I can't leave the till, there's a queue" again and again.
As the old woman wasn't shouting, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Only him.
The two women stepped to the side and waited for someone to come over.
I then went to the till, so I didn't hear him call anyone over. I didn't see anyone come over and saw that the women had paper towels. So they may have cleaned it themselves.
Shouldn't safety, and cleaning a spillage is more important than a queue? But that wasn't the main issue I had with the interaction
I wasn't happy with his tone so I tried to go over and explain that even though it was stressful he shouldn't have had that tone. Simply saying something like "thanks for letting me know, I'll get someone on it." However he cut me off. Saying he was happy and didn't have a tone. He just had to keep repeating it as she wasn't listening and to mind my own business. He then started mocking me for speaking up about it to other customers and staff. Right in front of me.

Visited the store this morning with my other half and thought the staff was rude when asked for some help around the Christmas section and seem like they couldn?t be bothered to help me today . Shocking for a high profile company!!!!!
